Land Acknowledgement

The land on which we live and work is the traditional territory of the Anishinaabe and Haudenosaunee peoples. We recognize and deeply appreciate their historic connection to this place. We also recognize the contributions of Métis, Inuit, and other Indigenous peoples, both in shaping and strengthening this region in particular, and our province and country as a whole. It is all of our collective responsibility to decolonize ourselves and our institutions as well as care for the land for future generations.
